Q1: Can I use current nana g. privilege card through online purchase?

For nana g. members with the nana g. privilege cards, please note that the member's discount only applies in-store at our nana g. outlet. This is to avoid any misuse of the nana g. member's benefit by non members online. However, in accordance to your purchases, nana g. members will be given coupon codes to be redeemed for online purchases. Coupon codes will be emailed to you. Contact us at customerservice@nanagonline.com if you do not receive anything from us.

Q2: Why pay via PayPal?

 Paying through PayPal is the easiest and safest way of making payment online even if you do not have a PayPal account. Just follow the instructions and you know you have just made a purchase online with no worries.

Q3: Could I still make a purchase without a credit card?

If you are based in Malaysia, we will provide you our bank account numbers (Maybank or CIMB) and you will be able to transfer the amount into our company account. Please email us the items that you are interested in buying, which account you would like to transfer to and we will reply within 2 working days.
